Play 7 Solitaire Now and Get a Free Bonus!

Solitaire is a great card game that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. If you haven't played it before, don't worry - it's easy to learn. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

  1. Place the cards in a stack, face down. This will be your draw pile.

  2. Take the top card off the draw pile and put it face up on the table. This is your first card.

  3. Choose another card from the draw pile and put it next to the first card. This is your second card.

  4. If the second card is an Ace, put it away and start again with the first card as your Ace.

  5. If the second card is not an Ace, continue putting cards next to it until you have placed all 7 cards down. The last card should be facing up on the table in front of you.

  6. Pick up the 4th card from the left of your facing-up row (it will be one of your 7 original cards). This is your first discard pile. Put this card away in a separate place, face down - this will become your new draw pile when you run out of cards during play.

7 . Flip over the next 3 cards on the table - these are now part of your discards (cards you cannot use).

8 . Take either the first or second discard pile and switch it with one of your 3 face-up cards on the table (don't switch if there are only 2 face-up cards).

9 . Flip over the final 2 cards on the table - these are now part of your new draw pile (the old draw pile becomes your discard pile).

10 . You can now start playing Solitaire again, following Steps 1-9 as many times as you like! When you finish, just put away all of the cards except for your 4th discard pile (this is now your new draw pile).

New to 7 Solitaire? Learn How to Play Here!

If you're new to the game of 7 Solitaire, this guide will teach you the basics so that you can start playing right away!

7 Solitaire is a card game that is played with a deck of 52 cards. The goal of the game is to move all of the cards from the seven piles on the left to the four piles on the right. The four piles on the right must be built up from Ace to King. Kings can be placed on an Ace, Queens can be placed on Jacks, and so forth.

The first thing you need to do is deal out all of the cards into seven piles, face down. The top card of each pile is turned over, forming a face-up starter pile. The remaining cards are placed face down in another stack off to the side.

The face-up starter pile must be moved first. You can either move the entire card or just the number shown on the card (e.g., if a two is showing, you could either move two other cards or just one). If you move another card, it needs to be face down in one of the other six piles. If there are no more moves available, then turn over another card from the face-down starter pile to create a new starter pile.

Once you've moved all of the cards from the starter pile, deal out another seven cards into seven face-down piles and turn over the top card of each one to form a new starter pile. Continue moving cards until you've moved all of them from these seven new piles as well.

Now it's time to move over to the four piles on the right. The first thing you need to do is identify which Ace needs to be brought up to King. Place that Ace in one of the empty spots at the top of one of these four stacks (Ace through King). Now look at what number is showing on top of that Ace (e.g., if a two is showing, then there are only two more spots left before that card reaches King). That number tells you which other card needs to go into that particular spot in order for it all to be in order (Ace through King). Again, if there are no more moves available, then turn over another card from the bottom row until you find a match for that number on top of your Ace (again looking for an Ace through King).

When all four spots have been filled with an Ace through King, then your game is finished! If during your game some other cards happen to fall into place and create a build (e.g., two Queens), then just place those cards onto their matching slot (e.g., place two Queens onto two matching Jacks). However, if at any time you cannot make any more moves, then your game is automatically lost no matter what else might have happened!

Do you love playing Solitaire? If so, you'll be excited to know that there are plenty of different versions available online, all of which you can play for free. Here are seven of our favorites:

  1. Klondike This is the classic Solitaire game that most people are familiar with. The goal is to build 4 stacks of cards, one for each suit, in ascending order from Ace to King.

  2. Spider Spider Solitaire is a bit more challenging than Klondike, as you have to build 8 stacks of cards instead of just 4. The goal is still to build them in ascending order from Ace to King, but this time the suits don't matter.

  3. FreeCell FreeCell is a bit different from the other two games mentioned so far, as it can be played with either one or two decks of cards. The goal is to move all of the cards from the tableau into the four foundation piles at the top of the screen.

  4. Yukon Yukon Solitaire is very similar to Klondike, but with a few twists. One major difference is that the tableau can only hold 7 cards at a time, so you have to be strategic about which ones to keep and which ones to discard.

  5. TriPeaks TriPeaks Solitaire is another variation on the classic game that adds an extra level of difficulty. Instead of dealing out all 52 cards at once, you are only dealt 14 and must remove cards one at a time by matching them up with others that are equal in rank or one higher or lower in rank.

  6. Pyramid In Pyramid Solitaire, you must pair up cards whose combined value equals 13 in order to remove them from the board. The goal is to clear as many boards as possible before running out of moves.

  7. Golf Golf Solitaire is a unique variant that uses a deck of 53 cards instead of 52 (the Joker is wild). The goal is to move all of the cards from the tableau onto the four foundation piles, Build each suit in ascending order and wrapping around from Ace to King as necessary.
